We were lied to prior to my husband leaving for deployment. They told us we wouldn't have to make any payments until he returned and his account would be placed on hold. Ended up having his loan double, and sent to collections! They also turned off our auto pay. I'd rather go homeless before we EVER got a loan through them again!!

Terrible, they would not cash a check because they said to high risk even after they personally verified it with bank and with person that wrote the check. They were going to charge me just shy of $250 but the guy did a wal-mart to wal-mart transfer for $80 so I saved and in the process did not have to support these predators!
