I was at the ***Allison-Bonnett Memorial Dr. Ste *** Bessemer AL *****today (October 8, 2019) around 11:45am-12 noonish. The lady was extremely rude as I tried to explain to her that I had never been to a Check n Go and was from FL. I only needed to cash a small check. The only information she gave me was that I would not be able to receive cash back from cashing my check and that it would have to go on to one of their credit cards. I have taken loans out and with the 2nd loan they purposely messed up then sent me to collections, regular bs of course cause they are the ones that messed up ??. Then my wife got a loan there for our wedding, they were taking payments out just fine then all of a sudden with no calls sent her to collections when she was the one calling asking what's going on, now all of a sudden disrespectful send the cops to her work saying they are saying it was a criminal act of fraud ?? ***are u kidding me. If you read most comments for this company you’ll see that my story isn’t much different. These guys are the most unprofessional business that I’ve ever personally encountered. I received a letter in the mail from them saying that I had been preselected for a loan. Unfortunately, it came exactly at a time when I really needed some extra cash. I called and was approved for a $500 loan on Fri and the funds were supposed to be deposited on the next business day (Monday). I was a little behind on a couple of bills but they could... read more

Been with check and go for years. Barrowed thousands of dollars from them. Now all of a sudden I'm deneyed with a credit score of 700+. Will never deal with again they lost my buisiness for life.

A horrible experience and bad customer service which at this moment am no longer come back to get loans for check and go. Due to a missed payment, unable to explain the policy to the customers, and also the contract does not indicate of being in risk of sending you to collection due to a miss payment. This needs to be corrected so that customers are aware of it.

The lady that works here Kimberly is very rude, seems like she came in to work having a bad day already and she came late, which was on Saturday 10/14/2017 and they were supposed to be open at 10 a.m. that day, and she didn't get there until almost 10:20. Yes I understand she may have been having a bad morning but there is no need to be rude to your customer, trust me I’ve worked in customer service and that's not a good way to do business!
