I received a voucher in the mail for a $300 loan I called this location for further details .. The lady who answered the phone at 10:12 am on May 1st 2018 was extremely rude and unprofessional .. she cut me off while speaking and mentioned she has a customer in front of her . And aggressively said she's gonna have to call me back . I told her don't even bother ... Learn how to market your words clients will flock to you ... No one wants to patronize a nasty attitude
OMG NEVER in my life have I ever went to cash a check at 3:00pm and the place be locked with the employee in there looking at me like I am stupid for being there . BAD customer service . I'll find another place Thanks anyway
