The girls are nice and friendly. They do what they can to help the customers. I've personally heard people complain about certain fees but it's not the employees fault. They are just doing their job.

Warning! Do not use this company! They will rip you off on their fees on payday loans! Have done many other payday loans and their fees will not be less for early payoff! Beware if you get a loan on a Saturday and you get 3 days to pay back with no fees, they count Sunday as a day even though they are closed... other companies do not! Got a loan and the payback was a week later with full fees! Not a true payday loan! Do your research on them before you get a loan from them!!!

I went in to cash a money order made out to me. The signs posted on the wall said their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum allowed for all other type of checks cashed. After I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference. I told her this was too much as the sign said 5% was the amount for cashier's checks and was the most for any type of checks cashed.
