Can I rate a zero? Pretty sure the people that are working in this office are on drugs. One lady had her daughter in there and they were both dropping the F bomb. The other lady, had no idea what she was doing with Western union. I asked if the western union to bank account was fast and she said it was within minutes (this was my first time using western union). So I sent my rent. I have to say the customer service here is very unfriendly. I used their Western Union service to send money. I am a preferred Western Union member with an established Western Union preferred number and I do not have to fill out paperwork anywhere else. At Check Into Cash you have to fill out paperwork which I can understand but the woman told me I had to fill one out anyway. I made a mistake and the woman made me fill out another one because there was scribble marks on the paper and told me in a very unprofessional, condesc... read more
