I had a great experience with the Check-in Charleston team and their 2 bedroom unit in Quarters on King. They, particularly Emily, couldn’t have been more prompt, helpful or friendly. The unit itself (202) exceeded my expectations. It has a large open family room/kitchenette space with 10’ or so ceilings throughout and large bedrooms with comfortable beds plus tons of closets and storage space if needed. Location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, harbor and shopping. Very clean with comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.
The parking situation here is completely unacceptable. I never would have booked this if the parking situation was disclosed up front. It should not be my problem to coordinate with the random people in the other unit to be able to get my car in and out. This is a massive inconvenience that overrides any positives about the property. Which is a shame because the location and home are great, but I’ve stayed at way too many nice places in downtown to ever deal with this type of headache again.
