A very positive experience each time I have taken my c300 in for service. You deal directly with a mechanic, which is your first point of contact, and when you leave. You get the details first-hand on your car - no runaround. Found they are knowledgeable and articulate in what they do with reasonable labor charges. I'm glad I discovered this place as I was looking for somewhere else to take my car. Enjoyed the ' escape to the country' drive along the river route.
