Great service on my vw Golf Sports Wagen 2015. Every Check engine light code was explained so that I could understand it and was fixed in a timely manner.
I didn't know cars could be checked and fixed in such an efficient amount of time! My car had a laundry list of repairs needed (which I knew and it was the reason I had it looked at) - I was able to drop off after hours - I received a text message within the day to let me know what repairs were needed (with the amount it would cost - labor and parts) - I asked which should be prioritized and received a prompt response - no pressure to do anything - I asked for 3 out of 5 recommended repairs - job was done the next business d... read more
I was in from out of town and stopped in to have an air suspension alert on my dash investigated. They were very helpful and ran a diagnostic while I waited! Very thorough with an explanation and the advice was very much appreciated. I had my 2008 S550 Mercedes in to get the headlamps replaced last year and they were also very timely and efficient. I had my car serviced by experts, and it was a great experience. Update: I took my car to the shop because I was hearing a clunking sound while driving. Other shops said it was my rims that were causing the noise, and I was about to spend a lot of money fixing my lug nut holes. I took my car to the check engine shop, and within 30 seconds, they figured out what was wrong. It was my sway bars that were making that noise.
