I visited to have a permit application notarized. There are sections for both the qualifier and owner to be signed and notarized. I completed the qualifier’s section and left the owners section to be completed by him and his notary. The lady Andrea refused to notarize MY section because the owner’s section is not notarized. What a complete joke!! This woman clearly doesn’t understand ANYTHING about being a notary public!
