It's not bad, I've been to worse I just think like on certain days like pay days and weekends they should have more then one person working the windows..especially considering there are two other windows with people sitting in them playing on their phones,yet the windows are closed. Teller refused to process my money transfer due to my middle initial being on the transfer and my full middle name spelled out on my license. Stating that the names didn't completely match. Went to another location and it was processed with no issues or hold ups.
Very unprofessional and lazy people. Do not go here if you need business handled. They lie to your face and take your money
