Very unprofessional over the phone and rude.
Omg why would they have that lady in there working with no air conditioning! Standing here in lobby and i feel like imma faint!! I can’t imagine that poor cashier sweating in that fish bowl for 8 hours!! This place really needs to do better!! Who wants to come and cash a check in a place where it’s almost 110 degrees!! Shame on management!!
