Horrible Customer Service. The guy with black frame glasses, that works the window is rude, dry, and is easy to criticize you if you happen to make a small mistake. Then when you stand up for yourself he throws the I can refuse service speech. He was impatient with a gentleman who did not speak English when I first entered.
