The atmosphere in this shop has become really toxic. Last time I visited, the manager was being incredibly rude to the staff in front of everyone. It’s uncomfortable to eat somewhere when you can see the employees are being treated poorly by management. It’s obvious why the service is struggling lately—no one wants to work under that kind of leadership. I'll be going to a different location from now on
