Do not waste your money here. I only lived here a few months, and even then moved out early because the conditions of the apartment. The parking garage gates that you pay $100+ for NEVER work. I have seen multiple times homeless people trying to get inside of cars. Also, with the homeless people, they roam the halls, and sleep in the gym, and amenities spaces. I’m not one to usually leave two reviews, but this place is utterly terrible. Please do not live here unless you want your quality of life to be close to nothing. Also forgot to mention in my other review that my 2 roommates and I each got charged $500 for a couch that was maybe worth $400 in total. The couch had cat scratches on the cushions from past roommates, which were already noted in the last move out notes. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE.
Go ahead and close your eyes for me. Now go ahead and imagine you’re living in a place where the homeless run rampant through the hallways and past vendors come into your apartment using old key fobs to steal your groceries from your refrigerator. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. This place is unprofessional and it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers. I was promised a 1,500 reimbursement never happened. I’ve had issues with maintenance that never comes around and issues with my key fob and doors which is very common here because my neighbors have also gotten locked out 3 times this year. Edit to add (8/29) If you’re thinking of living here, just know that move-out is where they’ll really get you. I got slapped with “cleaning fees” even though I left the place spotless. Their excuse? They have “certain standards.” Funny, because no one ever told me what those standards were, last time I even heard from management was back in February.
