I would give it 0 stars if I could. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They will run you dry of unnecessary charges and fees. They say you are able to dispute the charges but you cannot. Maintenance is terrible. They will leave you with your maintenance request unfinished but still say they went by and took care of it. They’ve gone through 3 leasing managers in the last year and a half which should tell you a lot. I’ve noticed a significant change in the racial makeup of the employees since the management change. Before, the staff appeared to include people from a variety of racial backgrounds. Since the new manager took over, I’ve noticed that the employees now appear to be almost exclusively Black. I can’t say what caused this change or whether race played a role in the hiring decisions, but the difference is noticeable compared with how diverse the staff was previously. Amazing experience! The manager was great with us and made the whole move in process easy. the room was absolutely spotless and you could tell they took their time making sure everything was clean and ready for move-in. Everything looked fresh and well taken care of. 10/10 experience! We did had a small issue with our key fob, but they got it fixed very quickly.
