RecommendedI called ahead of time to make sure my tires were going to be there and they were. TJ was the one that put my tires on and he was nice, efficient and personable. The other guys, busy doing their jobs, stopped to assist my grown autistic son find the bathroom which was much appreciated. They could have been rude but nope! Even the man who I paid was nice and funny. This was my first trip to this store, I didn't think my tires would have made it to Alton. Driving out of the lot it felt like a whole new car. they have very poor customer servies i believe they have something against women. I will never recommend anyone to come them for tire if you a woman.
Very happy with my experience and this was the first time I used the Granitecity/Madison site. I've used the one in Alton. I drive an black gmc envoy and they had my size tire and the workers were very efficient and upbeat,knowledgable abt my tires and any issues I had. I'm not able to walk much and the manager came out with a receipt and saved me from having to go inside to pay which helped me out a lot.
