My parents have recently bought a vehicle at this car yard, with leaking radiator and steering wheel vibration can be felt through the front passenger. We asked if they can check the wheel balance while the radiator is being repaired. Took 1 whole day just to do wheel balance, only to found out that they only checked the front wheels! I only got a little ways into the online application so take this with a grain of salt: Got a link via text at 7pm to fill out ‘Proof of income’ which in my previous experience with studylink and MTF has always been attaching a bank statement. However this link sent me to Illion, which I know nothing about and it asked me to specifcally put in the account number and password that I would put into my online banking.
