They booked my rental 3 months in advance and 2 days later said the car I chose was not available and wanted to charge me more to give me a smaller car. I know that car rental companies always honour reservations and upgrade if necessary. Advertising one price knowing the car is not available is poor service
Due to CFF's incompetence, I was forced to purchase a round trip ticket for one of our travelers while en route to the airport. I paid and had conformation for 5 tickets. Do you like danger? This is the travel agency for you! Your flight can be changed at any time, even last minute! The best part is they won’t even tell you that it happened, you get to find out at the airport! Are you late? Are you early? Is the flight tomorrow? You never know and they will never tell you! The Russian roulette of travel agencies, put the barrel to your skull and pull the trigger.
I had a very disappointing experience. I booked my flight in Canadian dollars, but was charged in USD without any currency change option , which made the ticket much more expensive. I also did not receive any check-in email, and was surprised to see extra charges just to check in. On top of that, there was no free seat selection offered. Overall, a very frustrating and misleading experience. I wouldn’t book through them again.
