My had extensive dealings with cheap flights. I’m booking airfare and car rental. I had problems with credit cards, etc.. But the two individuals that I worked with their Were patient and walked me through the process. I will refer to them as Trent and Dan. After multiple calls, I ended up having to cancel everything and they helped me through that whole cancellation and refund process. I spoke with the nicest, most patient man who gave me just what I needed during a very hard time. He was kind and respectful, even when I momentarily lost my composure. I am grateful for the help! Thank you HOUSTON!!!!!!

There was an error on my booking and my boarding pass or (E ticket.) I would’ve been unable to fly because of a typo. I was on the phone for at least one to two hours with a gentleman who got it all straightened out. I did have to pay a fee (which I accept since the booking error was on our end) ….after a number of attempts my credit card went through and I received confirmation of my correction, …thank you to the gentleman who stayed with me!

It was a pleasure working with Olympia. She showed professionalism with great experience. She was attentive and keen to my every need. She worked tirelessly to represent the company with Customer Service. I have not had such experience in a great while. Employees like Olympia should be rewarded. Olympia is one in 1 million.
