Very friendly! Made the process easy
Called multiple times multiple different days during business hours and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I have active insurance and can’t even use the roadside assistance that comes with it without them wanting me to pay out of pocket first. Keep being told the insurance needs to contact them but the insurance is telling me roadside is a third party and I would need to talk to them myself when I clearly have already. I don’t work here so I shouldn’t have to keep going back and forth.
