I needed someone to come take a look at our chimney and we needed a chimney cap, as it was open and exposed to the elements. Mark was responsive, flexible to schedule, and communicative. He sourced a cap for us pretty quickly and called to schedule the installation. He put the cap on, it looks great and is protecting our chimney.

Great customer service! Mark is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He returned my call the same day and came out the following day to inspect our chimney. He answered all my questions and didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need. I’m so happy we have a working and safe fireplace for the holidays. We will be using them for all our chimney maintenance needs in the future! Highly recommend!
