The worst customer service ever. Sent the wrong bag and when I wanted to return they want me to pay for shipping. I asked to speak with Management and was refused. Sent numerous emails with no response. I am not sure how they are in business as there are so many reviews like this.
The whole order got messed up, first the shipping, granted that it wasn't their fault but, then the wrong bat got sent out. All I got in return was an apology. The bat they sent out was over $100.00 more expensive than the one ordered. I sent it back! Honesty wasn't valued enough with this business. I was just offered for the bat to be resent, but the tournament was over by then. So, I was just offered a refund. Really! No discount offer for future purchases or something like that. No any other compensation offers to make it... read more
