I was a long-standing customer with Cheapa Self Storage at Chatswood and my experience with Ann was excellent. The storage prices were extremely reasonable, affordable and better than any of their competitors within this area. My storage needs over the years were always accommodated to remain within my budget. Very good service. I have stored my stuff for 10 years, just recently took them back. No damage, no mould. Nil issues. The price is very good compared to the local storage services. I have recommended this storage to many people in the past 10 years, and I will consider use the service again when needed.
We have had no problems with this service over the 10 years that we have been dealing with them. Throughout all transactions including a move from one facility to another we have had only good fair prompt attention. We would recommend them to any one needing to safely store goods for a time.
We didn’t need to interact with them too often but when we did they were very responsive and able to support us. Very pain free.
