I had an excellent experience with this team. I sent a message right as their business hours opened on Saturday and received a call within minutes. They walked me through everything clearly and scheduled installation for Monday morning. I even received a confirmation on Sunday, which was a great touch. Andrew instantly diagnosed the problem with our gas boiler (turns out it wasn’t the boiler after all) and provided thorough explanation why it happened. He then spent the rest of the time during the standard call out charge giving tips and advice on how to operate and maintain a boiler for prolonged use.
