If I could give no stars, I would. Company came and did an inspection and cleaning of our chimney. Gave it clean bill of health. Next time we go to use it, a few months later....and the flue is broken and who knows what else. AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO VOICEMAILS now for weeks. How do you run a business when you can't call your customers back to fix what's wrong?????
Very unprofessional and didn't even try to accommodate misunderstandings. Not a good way to secure positive reviews at all. Didn't seem to care at all.
HORRIBLE service. The company phone is a cell phone with a full mailbox that is NEVER checked. Good luck ever getting in touch with this company. Do not waste your time with them or you'll be sorry.
Shows up on time, does the work, and charges a reasonable rate. Been using him for a few years to clean chimney.
Hired for a chimney sweep and inspection. Tom and Derek were punctual, professional, helpful in pointing out issue areas, reasonably-priced and literally took only 30 minutes. I will be recommending them to anyone that asks and will be using them again.
