Unmarked parts, incorrect parts, damaged parts, incomplete instructions, absolutely no customer service, and when contacted just deferred to the manufacturer that doesnt care. And after all that they were stupid enough to ask me for my review.
I wish I could go back in time and purchase a different shed. This shed has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. From the time it was delivered (damaged), through the process of me trying to put it together and now just finishing several weeks later because of how frustrating it's been, I wish I would've spend more money to buy a quality product. The shed looks great! We ordered the narrow shed (1.07m x 2.1m x 1.8m) and it fits very nicely in our small courtyard. Plus the colour is perfect for our fence! The process of putting it together was a bit challenging, but once you realise that certain pieces need to be hammered in place, most pieces will align. Don’t expect to get everything installed without at least making a few mistakes, but removing and replacing sheets is simple enough. Overall, the shed is very good value for money.
The shed is OK but very difficult to assemble. An architect and handyman working together took 15 hours to erect the shed and put it together. It cost more to assemble than the purchase price of the cheap shed.
A great purchasing experience. Bought the shed on sale and am very happy with the price, product, customer service and delivery system. Cheap Sheds was a pleasure to deal with always communicating and you don’t feel forgotten after the sale goes through. I chose delivery to a depot and the system was flawless. Depot even forked the item onto the vehicle.
