Great customer service and super fast response from the owner about changes in my order. I ordered a frame and wanted to change the color, no problem. Then I wanted to change it back, and still no problem. A lot of places do not like indecisive buyers but this shop totally gets the building process and how changing things helps with parts that people like me have laying around for builds. Great store, great owner! Three weeks ago, I bought a BMX as my son's birthday present. We went to the store to buy it. The owner was very patient and took out all the models. Then we tried to ride it and explained it. I can feel that the owner loves BMX very much and is very professional. Finally, I bought a fitbike, and my son liked it very much.
