CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased one package of diapers according to size and need and when I received they were humongous. I called to see about a refund or other options and after going back and forth they offered me a $6 refund on $24. The part that I’m annoyed at was the attitude of the person who “helped” me. Poor customer service. Be aware if you order from them thru Amazon that you cannot cancel or change your order once you click the order button. You’ll get the following reply: “Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or change an order once it has been transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment. Because our system is highly automated, it is typically transmitted within minutes.
