I recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Cheaps Chevrolet. When I first spoke with Chris, I was quoted an $89 diagnostic fee and was told this would be for an actual diagnosis, not just a list of error codes. He gave me the impression I would be getting answers and direction for the issue with my vehicle. When I arrived, however, they suddenly tried to charge me $140 instead of the $89 I was quoted. In for oil change and tire rotation. Took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Waiting room was full. Very nice staff. Free coffee and TV. Price the average. $73 Total.
