Bought a car from here. First person I spoke to on the phone is very abrupt and has zero interest in helping you in any way. Another person I spoke to later is far more helpful. The phone number for them goes to another company which is very strange. First person said they deliver to Hobart but then later, the other guy said they don't deliver so somebody is wrong. Recently bought a car from Dallas. He is not helpful, not professional, not willing to do any thing you ask for. Does not know anything. Always Don't know, doesn't understand, doesn't want to help. Refuse to do anything for you. Car is not in a perfect condition.
The level of service was very poor, they have listed the car on the website and in yard for lower price and when we went to purchase it they had it increased by $1000. They blamed it as a glitch in website, but it was manually being printed on the car itself. We found it a useless and factless explanation of price rise. We were still happy to go ahead with the inflated price and false advertising.
