Sorry for the long review, but I feel it’s important to fully explain my experience. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk from Cheap Cars Tasmania in May 2025. Shortly after purchase, I reported multiple serious faults within the agreed inspection period. Called in to look at a particular vehicle. Nobody bothered to get out of their air conditioned office to ask if we needed assistance. When we found our car we noticed the rear door was ajar. I opened it to find a person curled up asleep on the back seat. The cars were dirty and packed in like sardines.
Wasted my time driving out of town asked to bring a car in just to get there to be told not interested after they had been told the model, very rude, unprofessional and have no basic skills in customer service let alone genuine respect. The cars are very overpriced and their business name is deceiving as it is not an example of their prices, it is the complete opposite. Their skills and level of experience in business appear to be very poor if there is any there. Not surprised why the yard is always empty.
