Poor Quality of work, I had the leather couch cleaned and a rug cleaned. This company has done such a pathetic job that food spills were clearly visible , stitching lines were way too dirty. Charged me $265 and it was not worth it. I would never ever come back to this company.
Showed up 2 hours late. Very unprofessional service.
Turned up 90 mins late. Had to cancel two appointments. Carpets are literally drenched and being the middle of winter, I don’t see them drying anytime soon.
These guys are crooks. After reading these reviews I’m taking them to court. They should not be in business. This is not how Australians operate!
