They are very fraudulent never never use them. I have an ugly incident with them which i am still dealing with through the court and other authorities. Were disappointed to see this review, especially given that the facts of the situation have not been accurately represented. The price adjustment was clearly communicated in advance, and the customer was fully aware and agreed before the vehicle was delivered safe and in the expected ************'s unfortunate that, despite this, the company is being unfairly blamed. On 8/1/2025 I contacted cheap auto transportation. I paid the ***** deposit. For them to deliver my 2005 ***** from ******** to *************. Total cost was ****** I agreed. Signed the contract. They said it would be delivered Saturday morning,then saterday evening. Then Sunday afternoon. Now. Monday. They wanted me to pay ****** because D.O.T. Pulled the truck over. If I could use a negative star I would do not use these people they are thieves. I hired them to transport my motorcycle from ******** to ** . After three attempts they finally did that was just the start of the nightmare. First off they quoted me 525 I put 125 down they charged my card 128 but whatever. After they picked up the motorcycle around 10am that afternoon I get a phone call from supposedly the driver 250 more for a dot fee he said or he will put my bike in storage at 125 a day I said no that wasn't the agreement. ... read more

Complete scam outfit. Advertises super low prices, take reservation and then the nonsense starts. Set appointment to pick up the car and then the driver never shows up. Calls go to a ****** phone line. Claim driver will show up the next day, but then Driver then demands more money to show up. (Order #********) on June 24, 2025, to transport my 2014 Kia ******* Prior to signing, I fully disclosed that the car might need a jump and that pickup was on a public street, which they confirmed was 'no problem' at the agreed price of $500.00.However, Cheapautotrans Inc. immediately engaged in deceptive tactics.
