Great shop and staff. But understaffed all the time
On Saturday the workers at cheap as chips in Port Adelaide took full advantage of my mother Being 60 years old. By purposely not print off a receipt when she asked them three times for a receipt. They also claim once you walk out them doors they can't give you a receipt for the item or items that you purchase.
If you're going to buy something here, you should know that it's non-refundable. I found a slight defect in an item I purchased, so I returned about 10 minutes later, showed my receipt, and asked for a refund. Their policy was that they couldn't give refunds, only a credit. Isn't that illegal?
