Love this shop
I had an absolutely awful experience here due to one incredibly rude and unprofessional staff member. I purchased a dog ramp that was completely unfit for purpose—too slippery for my elderly dog to use and too wide to fit through my car door. When I tried to return it, not only did they refuse to offer a refund, but the woman I dealt with was downright nasty.
