**Terrible Service and Experience – Do Not Use** I booked my bond clean for 1:00 PM on a Monday. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 10:00 AM from the company saying the cleaners were already at my apartment and needed to start 3 hours early to fit in another clean. I was unavailable at that time, so we agreed to stick to the original 1:00 PM booking. Despite this, they ended up arriving two hours late at 3:00 PM because they prioritized another job. Tarsam and her partner were punctual and the cleaning was done to a good standard and ahead of schedule
Had a balcony/window and steam cleaning carried out. Happy with the results - I also had to cancel less than 24 hours before my original appointment due to unforseen circumstances and they gave me another appointment asap! Highly recommend!
