I just want to share how thankful I am for the care my little Pomchi, Jasper, and I received. From the first call earlier in the week to the morning of his appointment, everyone was so kind and understanding. I had a ferry to catch after dropping him off, and the lady I spoke to that morning was so sweet and reassuring — she really made me feel comfortable leaving him in their care. 10/10 best customer service doctor is very intelligent and helpful as well as the staff at the front all around best vet in the city and beyond!
Super friendly and compassionate staff to say the least! Highly recommend to any new pet owners, they have an amazing team that made us feel so special and cared for.
