I was a little nervous bringing my puppy here after reading some of the reviews, but I'm really glad I gave this clinic a chance. The staff took great care of my little girl while she was being treated for a puppy virus and during her spay surgery. They were kind, compassionate, and made sure she was well looked after throughout the process. Her surgery went smoothly, she recovered well, and I felt like she was in good hands. My apt was at 1230pm, I stood in the office until 1pm. No receptionist. She picked her head out once, said she'd be right with me. And disappeared. I asked a patron that was waiting as well, if this was typical, he said 'usually'. Overall the place looks run down, my interaction with the vet was fine. I was there with a friends cat, this is not where I take my own pets. I would never go back, when they're are much, much better places in town
I was visiting Hope, BC from Vancouver Island when both of my dachshunds accidentally ate mouse poison. Since it was a Sunday, we rushed to Cheam View Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Kuldeep Chahal was amazing. He calmly explained every step, was kind, patient, caring, and even made me laugh during a very stressful time.
