The staff are nothing but rude, especially over the phone. They ignore patients who are waiting and give you the Nastiest looks. They take an extended lunch and leave no one at the desk, even after the phones should be running. Also it should be illegal to have such Loud, Obnoxious, and Offensive music with a Ringing Noise in the background similar to devices they use for forcing homeless people away from buildings. Dr Onome is very thorough and very personable, as well as professional. I believe she is the best doctor I’ve ever had and I feel lucky to have her as my new doctor, and I appreciate her very much! Thank you.

I am disabled and have a lot of anxiety, especially around calling places and the receptionist here was super friendly and helpful over the phone. If the receptionists are this kind it’s a great reflection of the over all practice. Thanks again!
