If you'd like to visit a clinic in a convenient location with the staff who do not give a damn about you, do not listen to your questions, LAUGH at you when you are asking to resolve an issue related to a health situation of your loved ones and hang up/put you on endless hold, this is a place for you. I understand that getting a family doctor nowadays is nearly impossible, so they think we owe them everything. The doctors are okay, but won't care much about you either.

The staff are nothing but rude, especially over the phone. They ignore patients who are waiting and give you the Nastiest looks. They take an extended lunch and leave no one at the desk, even after the phones should be running. Also it should be illegal to have such Loud, Obnoxious, and Offensive music with a Ringing Noise in the background similar to devices they use for forcing homeless people away from buildings. Dr Onome is very thorough and very personable, as well as professional. I believe she is the best doctor I’ve ever had and I feel lucky to have her as my new doctor, and I appreciate her very much! Thank you.

I am disabled and have a lot of anxiety, especially around calling places and the receptionist here was super friendly and helpful over the phone. If the receptionists are this kind it’s a great reflection of the over all practice. Thanks again!
