The customer service is terrible. The lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude. Always moody. I really miss the older lady name Pam she was such a sweet lady.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I miss the older medical assistant there the new one with the red hair can't ever help me with anything. She also looks clueless. With that type of job you're supposed to be able to help or give answers instead not knowing what to do or what to say.. she's not new anymore she's been there awhile now.. I miss the older lady.. the red head didn't give me any information on what I should do when I move.. now I moved..
