I was given a counterfeit $100 bill at this location, I asked them to change it out for me before leaving and they assured me it was real then after attempting to deposit it into my Wells Fargo account was informed it is indeed counterfeit. I called Cheaha to let them know and the teller Summer was extremely rude to me. I’ve never had issues with this bank until today, I’ve cashed my checks here for over a year and they’re always so nice and fast but this is a big deal to our family for us to be treated so rudely.
