Not my normal practice but was sent here for a scan for abnormal bleeding. Staff carrying out the scan were rude with zero customer service skills. Barked at me several times to take remove my clothing, move my shoes. Asked what the issue is. I said abnormal bleeding. My GP wants me to have the tests done but this NHS rep proceeded to inform knowing nothing of my history that they will find nothing and its only normal hormanal changes.
