I moved here a year ago and the reception staff, doctors and nurses have all been wonderful. Especially if your little one is unwell. Thank you for your hardwork and kindness. I recently had an ultrasound here and the sonographer was amazing. Professional and informative. Nicola Sullivan is an excellent nurse, she is quick, efficient, great sense of humour and empathetic. The practice often ask for feedback on their performance and I have noticed, that issues raised are actioned.
Dr. Zafar Mahmood is one of those classic arrogant and rude medical practitioners that are only there to ridicule people and cash their overly generous cheques rather than provide adequate care. The NHS were meant to provide me with an allergy test. They never did. They are probably too busy clapping or dancing on TikTok.
