First impressions were great, I was kindly offered a complementary drink whilst waiting in a relaxed reception. The explanation during my consultation was in depth and helpful. Would recommend!
Hi I just want to share my experience when I was at the dentist today first time to see the hygienist what a lovely man explained everything to me as I am a nervous person I came out of there feeling calm and relaxed my next appointment is in 3 months I am looking forward to forward to it thank you once again
Beautiful practice, with really friendly reception staff. The assistant who collected me introduced herself straight away and showed me into the room. I had an emergency appointment with Ben, who was wonderful! his professionalism put me at ease immediately. He checked the issue, explained the treatment, and went ahead (thanks to the receptionist who had read my comments and booked a long enough slot to sort it there and then). Met Karen and Georgie today for consultation, very nice people and everything explained thoroughly, ‘nothing too much trouble ‘ attitude and in general just very nice people. Look forward to seeing them again soon. The practice is awesome the staff at the reception desk are lovely too but didn’t catch their names. Nice experience all round
