This location is absolutely terrible at medication refills. Every month I have to call at least twice to get a refill sent to the pharmacy. The desk clerks seem to have an issue with getting notes to the nurses who push the refills. This month- we waited 7 business days only to be told the first request "must have been forgotten" and was never even sent. Dont even bother with the answering service dedicated to refills as it apparently "isnt always monitored." This is the only clinic Ive ever had issues with. Terrible custome... read more
They screwed my boyfriend over and then the one worker tried telling me to go to ymca and tell them my boyfriend was beating on me to get into a place to live. This program isnt no type of help at all.
Really enjoyed my provider but the communication of this company (not just this location) is horrific. It was continuously difficult to get necessary prescriptions and the needed care throughout my time here. It felt dangerous how they operated. I would seek other options and come here only as a last resort. Again my provider was wonderful that is the only reason it’s not 1 star.
Back in December, Christina calabrese my therapist told me she was going on another leave. This time it was 12 weeks she was going to let me know when the time was closer. On February 11th, at 2:14pm she said "oh I forgot to tell you, this is our last appointment til I come back, I'm starting my 12 week leave". I said "ok" I said "who will reach out to me so we can continue therapy"? She said "most likely CHD because they will know before I do if I'm coming back or not" I said "ok" no one ever mentioned about a temp therapis... read more
