Unfortunately I have to give this office one star. I went there for a therapy appointment, everything seemed to go really well, I felt like I got along with my therapist well - she told me she would text me to schedule the next appointment, she did not. I made sure both her and the front office had both my number and my fiancé's cell number and that he was listed as someone they could speak with. We had planned on meeting again in two weeks time. Orange office has a terrible clinical supervisor, and I experienced discrimination from her and a therapist due to politics and bc I'm LGBTQ. Treated me unethically.
They never pick up the phone
This place destroyed me on the inside...they have made sure i am beyond help and i can never trust therapy ever again...i hurt EVERYDAY thanks to their poor managemant...i wouldnt wish this pain i have everyday every second on anyone...avoid chd but go leaves of change, they have people who care
