We booked the wrong day for our Grand Canyon West tour by mistake and the staff at National Park Express stepped up and rescued us! Our driver and guide, Marvin and Milton, got our tickets switched and found us spots on their bus! The trip itself was amazing, we saw Eagle Point and the skywalk and also got a ton of great pictures at Guano Point. We had an amazing experience with our tour guides Brandon and Wayne! Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information throughout the tour — you can tell he’s passionate about what he does. Wayne was a fantastic driver, friendly, patient, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Together, they made a great team and made the whole trip smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Highly recommend both of them!
