In response to "Ben", the only review I see on BBB, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. In fact, they are beyond incredibly bad. Without going into great detail, my husband and I signed up for the "Platinum" Long Term Care policy offered to my State's retirees. We paid our $500 premiums faithfully every month from 2006 until now (2015). In fact, my own policy is still in effect. This totals over $120,000.
