Dr. Trump is great, all the staff there is great!!
I love Dr. Trump and have seen her for years. Unfortunately, I am leaving due to Lynn, one of the people that answers the phone. She is condescending and should not be in a job involving people. I complained after the first time, but after today, I have to leave. As much as I love Dr. Trump, if I have to go through her, I can't stay here. It's a shame. Five stars for Dr. Trump. Zero stars for her.
Friendly staff, everyone is so helpful. Doctors are kind, patient and spend time trying to get all your needs met, you come in for. They work on a solution for you. They are very thorough. Good at answering your questions and explaining it till you understand.
It is a privilege to have Dr. Kristin Trump as my PCP. Our Doctor/patient relationship is more than a decade old. She and her staff have always treated me with respect and courtesy. Doctor Trump is an excellent listener and is always willing to take time to explain in detail my POC. I will give them 5 stars and 10 out of 10 for quality of care, appointment availability and truly above and beyond medical continuity of care.
