My mother had an appointment on 10/4/23 for highlights and coloring of new roots on her hair. My main issue is that the hair stylist did not give me a price for all I wanted done on my hair upfront. During the appointment, she quoted me a price of $585.00 for highlights, tone, and coloring just for the hair on the crown of my head. Price was too high, so I just opted for partial highlights only. I got my highlights on the hair roots that cost me $250.00 (see picture).

There are those who those who work for a living, and then there are professionals who are committed to elevating their craft. Judy falls into the latter. I cannot remember the last time I walked away from a service not only being impressed with one’s obvious talent in the first few minutes, but but also the capacity to listen and understand a client’s request.
