I phoned him and he answered the phone that is half the battle today. He was polite and booked me and turned up on time and with no fuss got my pat testing all done. Him and his lad was very decent and I would be happy to use them again as I need my pat testing done every year.

Absolute pleasure, I completely miss guessed the pat items (i said around 4 items, turns out was 104) luckily Carl foresaw this and changed our 1 hour pre booked appointment to an earlier one which allowed him more time, didnt winge or grumble just got the job done:)

I got in contact with Carl as I needed a PAT test at very short notice on my PA system - he was able to book me in that very day, was extremely professional but friendly and helpful and sorted me out with a full PAT test of my equipment in next to no time for a fantastic price! Thank you SO much!!!
