TLDR: unreliable, unprofessional (had to contact several times to learn she had quit in the middle of the project), and uncomfortable to work with. Great personlized and professional service! Charlotte from day 1 provided us clarity in terms of expectations, timelines and we got timely updates. Project was completed before the timelime which was provided and it exceeded our expectations.
I would highly recommend CHCH Design! We opened a new office and needed help designing our new look. Charlotte met with us and provided a number of different design options. We could not be more pleased with the end result.
I can't say enough about CHCH Design. From start to finish, Charlotte is a complete professional who gets even the smallest details correct. Charlotte is beyond patient with me and my internal customers, she is easy to communicate and collaborate with on projects large and small.
