Not very good, unless Norma helps you--/then you get 100%. One of the ladies there is very snippy/RUDE over the phone. She won't say her name. I have it on file to mail my scrips, but some get mailed, others don't. I have to call once or twice every time to make sure they're on their way. I wonder if it's done on purpose, to be mean, because it keeps happening. If that' s the case, Missy needs a new job--NOT working with customers.

One person there, Norma, is nice as can be, and very efficient. She even delivers scrips to your home. She gets a ☆☆☆☆☆ rating. However, there is another woman there, who is EXTREMELY snippy over the phone. I don't know her name, or I'd report her. I asked about the status of my order, which, according to their "machine" several days ago, said it was filled 6 days ago, but Ms. Nasty said it won't be filled until tmrw. for insurance reasons. I didn't find this pharmacy helpful ....there was a mix up with my script ( not due to the pharmacy) and when I asked for them to call the drs.office ( as I had done to get to the solution several times) for some clarification...they told me no , Which Is Their right .. however , I will be going to a different pharmacy one that doesn't mind showing courtesy.
