Angela was truly concerned about the medications I was on and we discussed cancelling 2 of them- and she provided two informational handouts to me to back up our discussion. I felt very comfortable in our appointment and will have a follow up appointments with her. I have felt that CHC in our community has been most helpful regarding my health.
I had such a great experience with Shahrouz Eman. He was really kind, professional, and shared so much helpful information. I appreciated how he took the time to explain everything in a way that made it easy to understand. I left my appointment feeling better and also learned a lot. Highly recommend!
