I had a great experience with CHC, thanks to Cesar and his outstanding work. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and clearly knew what he was doing. He completed the entire job in just half a day without cutting corners. Cesar replaced our motor, thoroughly cleaned the unit, and fixed a frayed wire—going the extra mile by replacing the entire wire instead of just patching part of it. Casear was one of four HVAC technicians that had come to provide an estimate to replace my central furnace (gas burner + blower). Of all 3 others (4 including the AHS warranty contractor), Caesar's estimate and attitude were the most accurate, thoughtful and well presented. There was very little "sales" going on. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the work from CHC Heating & Cooling, who was contracted by Perma Seal. Cesar was professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly identified the work needed to remove and replace a radiator, which was way more complicated than I thought. I was happy with the work and hired him to replace an old thermostat with a smart thermostat. Highly recommended if you want a job done right the first time!
