A main breaker had to be replaced at my home while I was working overseas. They told my wife and mother in law that they had to wait for CPS or else they may not be able to come back to replace the breaker; leaving the house without power for a day. I was charged for this time to sit and wait in a truck, knowing that they could just return after CPS shut off the power.
